Designed specifically for mini excavators, this AR03C Pure hydraulic breaker only 90 kgs (Side type), making it an ideal match for low-tonnage equipment. Its 2-stage body structure and precisely tuned power ensure that the mini excavator remains highly maneuverable after installation. Whether performing precise demolition in confined spaces or executing small-scale construction tasks efficiently, it handles the job with ease, completely avoiding the common issues of traditional breakers, such as operational sluggishness and reduced efficiency caused by excessive weight.

∗ Pure hydraulic design without a Nitrogen Chamber is capable of reducing the repeated pulses caused by the high pressure of nitrogen, doubly effective in protecting the excavator/carrier hydraulic system, extending excavator/carrier life, improving composite efficiency, while effectively reducing energy consumption.

∗ Auto Start mode has also been added into this series of pure hydraulic breakers. No need for pre-press; it eliminates 90% of positioning work and operates immediately once oil is supplied, ensuring a fast response. Suitable for various angle operations, with no fear of cylinder scoring.

∗ Impact frequency can reach over 2000bpm. For soft demolition scenarios, efficiency can be doubled at least. For insufficient excavator/carrier flow, impact frequency manual-adjustable to increase the single impact power, handling both soft/hard materials

∗ we choose superior raw materials for core components:

Breaker main body uses 20CrMo forged material;
Inner/outer bushes use 40CrNiMoA;
Piston uses 20Cr2Ni4 material with high-precision polishing.
