FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
▪ Special accumulator design, improve the oil flow, reduce the temperauture rising, enhance the impact power, protecting hydraulic system.Different from the traditional pure hydraulic breaker, Monoblock breaker is 35-50% higher more efficient with same working conditions when the rock hardness is lower than F8
▪ High-end customized materials formed by 10,000 tons of press into whole in one go. We use high precision grinding and forging process (we call it HPGF, not casting) to ensure the hardness upto 58-62HRC, much higher than the ordinary breaker’s 36HRC by casting. The reliability and durability are far greater than the integral casting, ensures more lifetime
▪ Replaceable central bush protects the breaker from scratch and damage. The bushes designed to be easily replaced on site.
▪ Auto Start technolohgy with blank firing with higher frequency and stronger froce.
▪ Centralized lubrication system
▪ Water Spray system have been added into our Monoblock breakers. Advanced design base on the working feedback, significantly reducing the dust and cooling the breaker during the demolition.
▪ Inspection oil release port can fast release the hydraulic oil inside the breaker if the operator make misjudgment of failures, and facilitate maintenance.
